Lavina Elizabeth Schultz

Lavina Schultz, 90, passed away in Aurora, February 24, 2009. Lavina was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Walt, 16 days prior to her passing. They moved to Grand Junction in 1944 following World War II. For many years Lavina worked side by side with her husband at the Home Style Bakery. Lavina was an active member of the Messiah Lutheran Chusrch until her move to Denver two years ago. Her son Tim (Debbie); grandchildren Ty (Jenny) and Andi (John) Freyer; and great grandsons Jackson and Cutler Schultz survive her. A joint Memorial Service will be scheduled early summer in Grand Junction.
