Lawrence E. Stevens

Larry Stevens, 76, of Denver, passed away January 4, 2010. Larry was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served with the U.S. Army First Cavalry Division, and worked for 42 years in advertising with the Denver Post. He will be greatly missed. Larry was preceded in death by one son, Matthew Casey Stevens. He is survived by three children, Mark (Darlene) Stevens, Vicki (Keith) Holbeach, Kristi (Mike) Norris; five grandchildren, Nicole, Luke, Samantha, Eric, Justin; two great-grandsons, Michael and Aaron; one sister Patricia Wickiffe; his former wife and best friend, Moneen. Visitation 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday; Memorial Service 11:00 AM Friday, both at Horan & McConaty, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Memorials are established with Hospice of St. John, and the Disabled American Veterans.
