Lela R. Kotlan

Lela was born October 30, 1938 in Covington, OK to Roy and Sarah Gibson Kegin and passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital. She grew up in the Covington area where she graduated from Covington High School 1956. She married Frank Kotlan on June 21, 1962 in Denver, CO and he passed away August 20, 1986. Lela moved to Covington on September 7, 2015 from Garrison, MN. She worked as a waitress for several years. She attended the Covington United Methodist Church. Lela enjoyed quilting in the community and was a member of several guilds in Northwest Oklahoma. Lela is survived by her daughter Jill Kotlan of Covington, Sister Wilma Fluman of Enid, Brother Joe Kegin and his wife Beverly of Crescent, OK, brother in law Calvin Redwine of Covington, son in law Mark Noll, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter Ginna Noll, son Jerry Kotlan, and sister Martha Redwine.
