Leland Clifford Rasmussen

Leland Clifford Rasmussen, 89, of Lakewood passed away on August 14, 2011. He served his country honorably as a 1st Lieutenant in the Army Air Corps during WWII. In civilian life he was a sheet metal worker, and in retirement he worked for Little Sisters of the Poor. He is survived by his sister Ferne, children Gerra Lee, and Bob; eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchilden. His wife, Madeline; son, John; and sibilings, Belva, Raymond, Pearle, and Leona preceded him in death. A Scripture Service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 1:30pm at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel located at 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood. Interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
