Leo M. Pelzel

Leo Pelzel of Denver. Preceded in death by his wife, Florine, and by his second wife Mary ; his children, Melvin and Wilma; his grand daughter, Wendy. He is survived by three daughters, Bernice Clayton of Castle Rock, Geneva Curran of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Dorothy Gutwein of Aurora; two sons, Robert of Denver and Kenneth of Mead; a stepdaughter, Clara Hume of Aurora, and a stepson, James of Monte Vista. He is also survived by ten siblings, all residing in Kansas: three brothers, Alphonse, William, and James; seven sisters, Beatrice, Alice, Clara, Irene, Edna, Marie, and Frances. Also surviving Leo are twenty grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren. Visitation 6-7:00 pm, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 pm, both Monday at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 1091 S. Colorado Blvd. Funeral Mass, Tuesday 10:00am, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2298 S. Logan St.
