Leona Toppett

Leona Toppett, 76, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away November 2, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She has struggled with many health challenges over the years and is now free from the pain and discomfort she has endured. Leona was born May 2, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to Theodore Joseph and Mary Agnes Piwowarski Dobrowolski. Leona is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Henry ""Hank"" John Toppett, Jr.; two sons, Ron & Hank; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 siblings, Richard and Joseph Dobrowolski. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jim. A Memorial service for Leona will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015, 2:00pm, at Peace With Christ Lutheran Church, 3290 South Tower Road, Aurora, CO 80013.
