Leslie Beth (Struhar) Sorensen of Littleton, Colorado passed away Sunday evening May 23rd at her home, at the age of 45. She was surrounded by family and friends at the time of her passing, ending a courageous battle with cancer. Leslie was born November 13th, 1964 in Lakewood, Ohio. She was the youngest of six children born to Arthur John Struhar and Margaret Katherine (Gordon) Struhar. Even though Leslie was the baby of the family, she was often an inspiration and exemplary model for her older siblings. She graduated from Columbine High School in 1985; six years later she married Terry Lee Sorensen June 22, 1991. It was clear to everyone in attendance that they had a very special love. Leslie devoted herself to family, friends and her church. She did this selflessly and always with a grace that was uniquely ""Leslie"". She is survived by her husband Terry Lee Sorensen, and their three children, Katie, Kellie and Mitch. A viewing will be held Wednesday May 26th, from 5:00 â 8:00 pm at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home located at 3101 So. Wadsworth Lakewood, Colorado. Church services will be held at Foothills Bible Church the following Thursday at 10:00 am, located at 6100 So. Devinney Way Littleton, Colorado. The burial service will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery.
