Linda Ann Allen

Linda Ann (Jensen) Allen, 63, passed away February 11, 2011 in Aurora Colorado. Linda was born to James Ross & Lucien (Moulsoff) Jensen on March 30, 1947 in Breckenridge, Minnesota. Linda graduated from Arvada High School in 1965 and took some classes at the University of Northern Colorado. In 1969 she met her husband Leslie Allen working at Frontier Airlines, they married in 1971 in Denver, and have lived in Aurora ever since. They have 3 children, Elizabeth, David and James. Linda devoted her life to taking care of her family and ran a successful home child care business for over 15 years. She loved card making, scrap booking, visiting Cape Cod, traveling and spending time with her grandsons. She is survived by her husband Les; her daughter Elizabeth (John) Barber; sons David and James. Three grandsons, Ryan Barber; Brody Allen; and Sean Allen; Brother Robert (Glenda) Jensen; Sisters Betty (Kevin) Laman and Paula (Tim) Cuneo; Sister-in-Laws Carol (Mike) Kirby and Patricia Allen; Brother-in-Law Jeff (Deanna) Allen; numerous nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles. She was proceeded in death by her parents. Services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2011; 11:00 AM at Horan McConaty, 11150 Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, CO 80014.
