Linda K. Burke

Linda Katherine Burke, 65, of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, passed away, 5/16/2012 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born in Denver Colorado, 12/8/1946 to Robert and Beverly Hart. Linda graduated from Holy Family High School. She was married to Robert R. Burke on July 9, 1966. She is survived by her parents Robert and Beverly Hart; husband Robert Burke; daughter Shellie and son in-law JR Berninzoni; son Brian and daughter in-law Michelle Burke; son Kevin and daughter in-law Traci Burke; son Keith and daughter in-law Kristen Burke; son Michael and daughter in-law Lindsay Burke; grandsons Zachary Teters; Sam Berninzoni; Owen, Jameson, Alex, Colton, Brody and Hudson Burke; granddaughters Danielle Berninzoni; Megan, Sarah, Morgan, and Piper Burke; eleven siblings and their spouses; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Scooter. A Visitation will be held on Thursday May 16, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM. Both will be held at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 7577 West 80th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado 80003. The Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, May 21, 11:30 AM, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 12735 West 58th Avenue, Arvada, Colorado. A Reception will follow the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Linda's name to Collier Hospice Center, 3210 Lutheran Pkwy., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
