Linda R. Corn entered eternal life on August 31, 2016 after 74 years of generosity and love for all around her. She grew up in Hawthorne, NV in a loving family that Curley and Monica Borer had provided. Linda graduated from Hawthorne High School in 1959, and moved on to the University of Nevada in Reno where she would meet Gordon in 1962. As a member of Red Rocks Country Club since 1995, Linda was an avid Bridge player who participated in many, many club activities and became a committed artist training in oil under Pem Dunn, studying in France and never missing an opportunity to take a class from great instructors. Linda was an active golfer, frequently seen walking the hills around her home, and always spending time at the pool with her grandson. She always had a kind word and positive thought for every person she ever met. Services will be Thursday, September 8, 2016 at 11:00am at Mile Hi Church of Religious Science, Vogt Auditorium 9077 West Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226 In Linda's spirit of giving and sharing, and in support of the Arts that Linda held so dear, we have established the LINDA CORN MEMORIAL FUND FOR THE ARTS.
