Linda Deischer

Linda Lou (Crowell) Deischer, 81, of Aurora, CO, passed away in her home, Thursday, June 2, 2022.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was born on July 9, 1940 in Springfield, MO, the daughter of Edward and Majorie Crowell. She married William Deischer on October 8, 1960 in Rockford, MI.

Linda is survived by her husband, William Deischer; her sons Jeff Deischer, Brian Deischer and daughter, Sherry Deischer; brother Steve Crowell and wife Judy, Jack Crowell and wife Penny, sister Carol Sue Forsstrom; three grandchildren, Cynthia Ritmiller and husband Matt, Jeremy Deischer, Joshua Deischer; 2 great grandchildren, Madeline and Cohen Ritmiller.

She was preceeded by her parents, brother, Wayne Crowell and sister, Judy McDonald.

Linda was a member of Mississippi Avenue Baptist Church and attended church regularly in the many cities we have lived and taught Sunday School classes in some of those cities. Linda enjoyed traveling, playing bridge and reading. She spent countless hours with her grandchildren from babies to adulthood, having fun, doing fun projects and taking them on adventures.
