Linda M. Duncan passed away on July 8, 2022 at home at the age of 75. She was born in Manhattan at New York Hospital to Moyse and Addie Duncan. Linda and her three siblings Patricia and twins Sheila Duncan and Cynthia Wharton, lived in Queens, New York. Linda also had a daughter, Nicole Hicks (deceased) Linda is survived by her husband of 38 years, David Berry.
After graduating from Queens College of NYC of the University of New York. Linda worked for Arthur Anderson & Co. and then moved to Denver and earned her MBA. She also worked for United Cable Television Corp and U.S. Home as well, as a manager of accounting and payroll. Linda's love for teaching lead her to the Community College of Aurora as adjunct faculty until her retirement in 1986.
Linda had many interests: learning everything from languages to piano, and traveling. She was very passionate about knowledge, believing if you "help a person to know themself, then the world will be a better place."
Linda will be truly missed.
Linda will be cremated at Horan and McConaty S.E Denver/Aurora 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. (at S. Parker Road) Aurora Colorado 80014 on July 18, 2022 at 8:30 A.M.
