Linden Michael ""Mike"" Steward

Linden Michael ""Mike"" Steward, of Howard, Colorad passed away August 4, 2016. He was a beloved father, professional manager, community leader, volunteer, and avid outdoorsman. He was a dedicated member of the Howard Volunteer Fire Department and was instrumental in having the fire station and community center built. He is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Annabelle Steward of Lamar Colorado; wife, Sharon Steward (Devlin); sister, Patricia Waldrip; brothers, Richard and Robert Steward. He is survived by his two sons, Gordon and Clay Steward of Arvada, Colorado; siblings, Lawrence Steward of Fort Collins, Karen Baird of Greeley, CO and David Conklin; his three grandchildren, Alex, Terra, and Ian Steward. Services honoring Linden will be held on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at the Howard Volunteer Fire Station and Community Center on highway 50 in Howard, Colorado.
