Lindsey Sue Antle was born May 3, 1944 in Memphis, Tennessee to Max L. Price and Sue Sutton Price. She died January 27, 2018 at her home in Parker, Colorado. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Rudy Antle; her daughters Patricia Antle of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Elizabeth Welch of Maplewood, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Zane and Emmett Blake and Vivian Welch; and her step-mother Betty Price and step-brother Richard Polascak of Germantown, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her mother and her father. Lindseyâs primary identity was as a woman of faith. She became a Christian at an early age and served her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ faithfully in churches in Tennessee, Texas, Indiana, and Colorado; but most of her service was outside the walls of a church: using her gifts of hospitality, administration, teaching, grace, and love for all. She saw her life as a wife, mother, grandmother, woman in the workplace, and especially as a Sign Language Interpreter as fulfilling her calling to make a difference in the world. Lindsey attended Belmont University (then Belmont College) in Nashville, the University of Colorado in Boulder, and graduated with honors in English from what is now Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado. She received a Master of Arts in Management/Human Relations with honors from Webster University. Lindsey ministered to students and others with her husband in his ministry as a pastor and campus minister. She especially enjoyed relating to the students who came to her home in Pueblo. Lindseyâs career was primarily as a higher education administrator, mostly relating to sign language interpretation. Lindsey retired from higher education in 2000, and then went on to interpret in the community and through Video Relay Services. For more than 57 years Lindsey provided access for deaf and hard-of-hearing people by interpreting for them in educational, medical, religious, occupational, and other settings. The high point of her life was being Mamma to Zane, Emmett, and Vivian. ````````````````````````````````````````` Lindsey's Funeral service will be Saturday February 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM at Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church, 10150 E.
