Lloyd F. Hansen

Lloyd F. Hansen, of Northglenn, passed away on Friday, February 25, 2011. Lloyd was born to Edward and Helen Hansen in Iowa. He served four years in the U.S. Navy. Lloyd attended the University Of Iowa School Of Pharmacy and was a Pharmacist for 29 years at Walgreens. Lloyd was a Past President of the Denver Area Pharmacy Association, a Past Commander of the Northglenn American Legion Post 22 and a member of the Denver All Veterans Honor Guard. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Helen and his brother, Byron. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 56 years, Margaret and their two children, Jeff (Jill) and Julie (Terry); four grandchildren, Gentry, Alisha (Kenny), Ryan, and Logan; and one great-granddaughter, Anabelle. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Horan & McConaty 9998 Grant Street Thornton, CO. Memorial services will be Friday, March 4, 2011 at Fort Logan National Cemetery 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd Denver, CO.
