Lori Dawn Kagan

Lori passed away on June 22, 2018, after a valiant and courageous 4 year fight with liver cancer. Lori was born in Dallas, Texas May 31, 1959 to Jerald and Sharon Garcia Litchfield. Growing up, Lori lived in Texas, California and the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado. She graduated from Glenwood High School in Glenwood Springs, Colorado.

She attended Mesa College in Grand Junction where she received her nursing degree. During her college years, Lori was also a DJ at the college radio station KMSA. Lori worked as a Registered Nurse in Quality during her nursing career.
Lori is remembered for her love of her pugs, music and the Colorado Mountains.

Lori leaves behind her dog Thomas (the cutest Pug ever), sister Terri Bachot (Dwayne Faulconer), half brothers and sister, Mark Litchfield, Cameron Litchfield and Shannon Litchfield Pait , step mother Sherrie Litchfield, step father Gus Bachot, aunt and uncle Kathie (John) Wood, John (Debee) Litchfield, and friends Joe and Becky Bradley, Marcy Bedingfield, Cindy Sauer and Vince Robles III. Lori was proceeded in death by her father Jerry Litchfield and her mother Sharon Garcia Bachot.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday July 14, 2018 at 1:00 PM at The Pines at Genesee 633 Park Point Drive, Golden CO 80401. (303) 526-7939. A luncheon will follow.
