Louis Sugo

Louis Timothy Sugo, 58, of Littleton, Colorado, passed away unexpectedly at his home on May, 28th, 2021.

He was born to parents Louis J. and Elizabeth C. Sugo in the summer of 1962 in Dearborn, Michigan. He grew up with his three sisters, Gail (Dave) Boomer, Linda Erickson, Patsy (Dave) Curnell whom he loved and adored ‘til his last day. He is survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and 3 great-grand nieces/nephews.

Louis graduated from Cabrini High School in 1980 in Allen Park, Michigan. He went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 1984. Lou ended his successful career as Chief Marketing Officer and beloved executive at SCRAM Systems.

Louis met Chris, the love of his life and center of his universe in 1985. He committed his life to loving her and making her laugh throughout 32 years of marriage. Their love blossomed and their family grew into a team of five. He is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Allyson and Lindsay, and handsome son, Lou.

Lou prided himself on being a coach to many throughout his life. He was an avid golfer and sports fanatic. But nothing compared to spending time with his family.

His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he interacted with as well as those he reached but never met. Share your stories of remembrance at his visitation at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home (5303 E. County Line Rd., Centennial, CO) on Sunday, June 6th from 9:00 – 4:00. The Rosary Service will immediately follow from 4:00-4:30. Funeral Mass will take place Monday, June 7th beginning at 10:30am at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church 6673 W Chatfield Avenue, Littleton 80128.
