Louise P. Stitzer

Louise, of Parker, Colorado, formerly of Margate, New Jersey, age 81, passed away September 9, 2012. Co-Executive of Holmhurst Hotel, Atlantic City, New Jersey. Louise was born in Hastings, Cambria County, Pennsylvania on February 8, 1931. She attended St. Francis College and then worked in the University of Pennsylvania Medical School, after which she attended Women's Medical College, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After one year, Louise decided she preferred a ""Mrs."" to a ""M.D."" to the utter delight of Norman L. Stitzer, who survives her. Also survived by her sons, Norman P. & Charles W.; daughter, Nancy Anne (Scott) Sammons; 3 granddaughters; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Quirk and Betty McWhorter; and brother, James Pipas. Funeral Mass, Thursday, September 13, 2012, 11am, Ave Maria Catholic Church, 9056 East Parker Road, Parker, Colorado.
