Lynn Mccracken

Lynn Marie McCracken, age 60, died on March 9, 2023, after a three-year battle with cancer. She was born February 16, 1963, in Denver, graduated from Arvada High School, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at California Lutheran University.

Lynn’s life included raising Belgian Malinois dogs, traveling (most recently to Nantucket, MA and California), gardening (tomatoes), writing a children’s book and creating annual Christmas ornaments for her family. She loved having family around and creating a space in her large house for her family to come and share good times.

Lynn is survived by her sister, Kris, and her brother, Mark. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Michelle, and nieces, Madison and Mia. Lynn is also survived by many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Arlene (Lund) McCracken.

Funeral service and interment will be at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Wheat Ridge, CO, on March 25, 2023, at 11 am. There will be a light lunch reception at the church immediately after the service.
