Mackenzie Ryan Salmon

Mackenzie Ryan Salmon, of Littleton, Colorado, was called home on August 15, 2015, at the sweet and tender age of 19. Mackenzie is survived in this life by her father James Vincent Salmon II, mother Terri Lynn (Baker) Maulik (Mitch), brother Joseph James Salmon, Grandparents and many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends. Mackenzie was born Friday, October 27, 1995 at Kaiser Hospital in San Diego, California. Mackenzie gifted all who knew her with immense love and light. Even though she was aching inside, her capacity to reach out and help others was amazing. Her sweetness and ready smile was contagious to all who knew Mackenzie. She adored teaching and children. Mackenzie was quite the fashionista and was very skilled at makeup, hair, and design. While she adored her family, Mackenzie was particularly fond of her friendships. Mackenzie was loved and treasured more than she ever realized and her loss is deeply felt. The family asks, in lieu of flowers, please make a memorial contributions, in her name, to Teen Challenge (TeenChallengeUSA.com). A service is scheduled for Mackenzie on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Praise Church (praisechurch.org), 6054 S Kipling Pkwy, Littleton, CO 80127.
