Worth, TX. Preceded in death by husband Donald B.; twin brother Samuel R. Smith; brothers J.F. Smith, Arthur Smith; sister Gertrude Wright. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Horan & McConaty, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado.
