Mafalda Rita Holland

Mafalda ""Miffy"" Rita Holland was born in Trinidad, Colorado on January 8, 1922. She passed away on September 22, 2011 in Sedalia, Colorado. Miffy is survived by her four children; Edson P. (Mary) Holland, Kathleen (James) Simmerman, Thomas (Brenda) Holland and Elizabeth (Leon) Gaydosh. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and soon-to-be seventeen great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Florence Pachak and her brother-in-law Monsignor George Holland. Miffy was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Edson J. Holland. She was also preceded in death by her siblings; Elanore Rose, Edith English, John Micalone, Natalie Mastagni, Mary Ottino, Yolanda Rue and Joseph Micalone. Visitation Tuesday, September 27, 6:00pm with a Rosary following at 7:00pm. Both are at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 South Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood. Funeral Mass Wednesday, September 28, 10:00am, Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 South Sheridan Boulevard, Denver. Burial Wednesday, 12:00pm, Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver.
