Marceline Allegra Hinman

Marceline A. Hinman, 81, passed away peacefully December 5, 2009 after a brave two year battle with cancer. She was born January 18, 1928 in Salida, Kansas and grew up in Denver. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Merritt. She worked for the Denver Public Schools for 30 years and retired as a Supervisor of Classified Personnel in 1988. She is survived by her three sons, Merritt, Steve and Greg, 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Adhering to Marceline's wishes, she will be buried next to her husband in a private ceremony at Fort Logan National Cemetery. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 14th at 1pm. Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Boulevard. Those who wish may make their contributions to a preferred charity.
