Marciana Mcduffee

Marciana T. McDuffee, 79, of Westminster passed away on April 22, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 5, 1941 in Denver, Colorado she was the daughter of Patrick T. and Louise M. (Shirley) Busto. Marciana married Larry McDuffee on December 4, 1971 and together they shared 49 years of marriage.

Marciana worked as an Office Manager and Business Owner

She enjoyed spending time with her family, that always brought her a lot of joy. She loved to do girls trips with her daughters and grand-daughter where they could spend time together laughing, talking and having fun. She also loved trips with all the family where we could get away and spend quality time together. She enjoyed going out to eat at restaurants. She liked to go on walks and enjoyed swimming/water aerobics. She liked to crochet and made us poncho’s, hats and scarfs.

She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, that could light up the room. Her contagious laugh. Her love for her family, and fierce protection of her family if she thought someone wronged one of them.

In addition to her husband, Larry, she is survived by her daughters, Sharon Nickell and her husband, Kevin, and Julie Green and her husband Michael, and son Kurt McDuffee. Grandchildren (Lauren NIckell, Ryan Nickell, Seth Green, Trey Green and Isaac McDuffee). Siblings (James Busto, Marie Applewhite, Mariana Miller and Eddie Busto).

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings (Patrick Busto, Jerry Busto, Johnny Busto and Anna Gluba).

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 10:30am at Church of God Seventh Day, 9375 Gaylord St, Thornton, CO 80229, followed by a luncheon and interment at 1:30pm at Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 W. 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
