Marcus Owen

Father, Brother, and Friend Marcus H. Owen (Marc) of Aurora, CO passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2013, at the age of 56. Born in Columbus, GA. Retired from the City of Aurora, CO after 26 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Victoria Owen; father Collier David Owen; mother Catherine Grace Owen; brothers Tommy Owen, and Mike Owen. Survived by daughters Alicia Owen Marquez and Aimee Owen Bart; sister Olivia Nelson and brother-in-law Gene Nelson; David Owen; Patricia Thornbury; Don Starnes; and numerous other family and friends. Service will be on Friday, October 4th at 3:00 pm at Horan and McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave. at S. Parker Rd., Aurora, CO. His daughters ask that you wear bright colors to the service as this is a celebration of his life. Family requests to come if you are able and to please sign the guestbook below.
