Family and Friends have lost one of the most exciting, unique, extraordinary, intelligent, playful, shining spirits we had the pleasure to know. 80 year old Marga Lang passed away peacefully at her home in Ft. Morgan, CO., on November 5, 2022, She was surrounded by her sister, friends, and animal children. Marga had many passions, loved meeting new people, was an avid reader, always taking classes, adored all animals, and was accomplished in music and art, and a kindness and sensitivity to all. Marga is survived by her brother, Robert McDonnell of Everett, Wa., her sister, Christina, (Kevie), Dooley, of Ft. Morgan, Co., niece, Jennifer Miller,(Jesse), 3 grand children, Kaeden 12, Joshua 10, Oliver 8 of Lake Stevens, Wa., her 38 yr old companion child parrot named Axel Ann, a rescue parrot of 13 yrs named Robbie, her 8 yr old “Man Dog”, pit bull named Jackson and a rescue French bull dog named Mei Mei, which means “little sister”. Excellent funeral services provided by Horan & McConaty. Burial service will be held on Tuesday, November 29th, 1:30 pm at Fort Logan Cemetery, staging area B. Marga was devoted to her God, Jehovah , and her beloved congregation. Her legacy will live on in the hearts & minds of all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elephant Sanctuary in Tennessee or to her sister Chris, for the upkeep of her precious animal children. I pray you can join me at Ft. Logan cemetery on Tuesday, Nov 29th at 1:30 pm to cheer Marga on to her next epic adventure.
