Margaret ""Peggy"" Ann Hamersky

September 22, 1953 — July 18, 2018

In loving memory of Margaret ""Peggy"" Hamersky, 64, born September 22, 1953 in Lincoln, NE. She passed away peacefully on July 18, 2018 after a 3 year battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her four daughters, Angi and her husband Duane Kibbee, Lisa and her husband Louie Kahale, Talitha and her husband Craig Fulmer, and Lacey and her husband Randall Schuckman. She also leaves behind her 7 grandchildren, Jacob, Orion, Cade, Ayla, Calan, Nadeem, and Dahlia as well as her Mother, Kathleen Lucille Hamersky, her sister, Kathy Urie, and her brother Jim Hamersky. Peggy enjoyed cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Tamara. Her family was her biggest accomplishment, something she often spoke of. Her daughters were the center of her life and she wouldn't have had it any other way. She possessed the ability to make all those she came in contact with, feel uplifted. Her primary advice in life was, ""Be Happy!"" In lieu of flowers we ask that you make a donation in her name to the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation (www.tnbcfoundation.com) to promote further research into this form of breast cancer.
