Margaret Silk died peacefully on June 17th in her 91st year of living a very rich life. She was born on December 18th 1928 to Caroline and Natale Chiantella in Long Island City, New York.

Margaret met her husband William (Bill) at a Catholic church dance in New York City. They dated for three years and then married for what would have been 67 years this week. They lived in both New York and Colorado and traveled extensively internationally.
Margaret is survived by four children Janet Knisely (Robert), William Silk Jr. (Elaine), Robert (Barbara), and Arthur. Margaret also had 6 grandchildren Robert Jr., Peter, Brooke, Erin, Anna, and Carrie, as well as 5 great-grandchildren. She will also be remembered by many loving nieces, nephews and their families.
