Margaret F. Tarro

Margaret F. Tarro of Denver, CO passed away peacefully Nov. 21, 2016 at the age of 102. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim Tarro and survived by loving siblings, nieces, and nephews. Having worked on an apple orchard, Margaret knew the important role bees played in helping the orchard thrive. When bees would get into the house, Margaret would carefully place them on the fly swatter and escort them outside. She believed it to be the same bee each time. Margaret had a gift for sewing and knitting. She took pride and joy in the projects she meticulously carried out with these skills. A visitation will be held Thursday, 12/1 from 6pm-8pm at Horan & McConaty located at 7577 West 80th Avenue Arvada, CO 80003. Services for Margaret will be held Friday, 12/2 at Shrine of Saint Anne Catholic Parish. The recitation of the Rosary will be at 10am followed by the funeral mass at 10:30am. Margaret will be interred at the Highland cemetery in New Castle, CO later in the week. Please make any donations to your charity of choice in her honor.
