Margery Ann Tautges

Margery, daughter of Nicholas & Frances Taut-ges was born at the Sacred Heart Hospital in Havre, Montana on October 16, 1935. Margery was raised in Havre along with sisters, Clara (deceased) & Genevieve. Margery moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota when she was 22 & became involved with the Handicapped Association of Minnesota. She had many adventures while being associated with this Association while working along side of many other handicapped people. She worked as a sorter in the food industry & another time was employed as a coupon sorter for Betty Crocker - General Mills office located in Minneapolis. Margery retired in 2001 & spent her last years at Golden Living Center in Hopkins, Minnesota. She had many adventures at the center & received the utmost care by the nurses & care givers. Survivors include her sister, Genevieve (John) McCormack; Nieces, Cynthia Ann McCormack, Deborah (Phillip) Quintana, & Susan (Bill) Burge; Nephews, Timothy (Renae) McCormack & William (Cynthia) Buechler; Great Nieces & Nephews, Megan & Molly Quintana, Nicholas, Zachary & Brooke McCormack, & Rachel, Madison & Grace Buechler. Margery was a lifelong Catholic. Visitation will be Sunday, 12/20, 2-4pm with Rosary following at Horan & McConaty, 11150 E. Dartmouth Ave., Aurora. Funeral Mass is Monday, 12/21, 10am at St. Therese Church, 1243 Kingston St., Aurora. Burial to follow at St. Simeon Cemetery.
