Marian Louise Isenor Stump died October 29, 2009, in Louisville, CO. She was 92, born on August 9, 1917, in Floral Park, New York. She spent her early years in the jungles outside of Bogata, Colombia, where her father engineered the first hydroelectric power plant in South America. The family moved to New Jersey, where she graduated from Ocean City High School. She attended Temple University, where she met James H. Stump. They were married in 1940 and lived for many years in Gary, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her husband and her son, James V. Stump. She has 3 daughters, Sandra Zeigler of Longmont, CO, Joan Watson of Thornton, CO, and Terri Busick of Thornton, CO. She also has 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Marian was a writer, an avid tropical fish hobbyist, and a devoted Methodist. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, at First United Methodist Church in Boulder, Colorado.
