Marie A. Brown

Marie Brown, 84, passed away March 31, 2015. She was born October 12, 1930, in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, to Theresa (Brenner) and Harold Furlong. Marie is survived by her husband of 58 years Harley, son Kevin (Veronica), granddaughters Cassidy and Allegra, and brother Allan. She is preceded in death by her brother Roy. Marie lived in Centennial, Colorado with her beloved husband for the past 33 years. Marie was a delightful, caring woman who was devoted to her family and friends. She was an avid bridge player. She was a lifelong devout Catholic, and was an active member of St. Thomas More parish for many years. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. A funeral mass is planned at St. Thomas More Catholic Church on Friday, April 10 at 1:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Mothers Against Drunk Driving (www.madd.org), Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Denver (www.ccdenver.org), or another charity of choice, in Marie's honor.
