Marilyn Joan Loose

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marilyn Joan "JoAnn" Egan Loose on October 21st, 2024 peacefully in her home in Lakewood, CO at the age of 92. 

Marilyn was born on November 21st, 1931 in Imperial, Nebraska. She was a Map Plotter for Conoco Oil Company and enjoyed scrapbooking, being outdoors, and spending time with family. 

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Berta Egan; nieces and nephews, Susan Miller, Steven Egan, Timothy Egan, Debra Zinker, Donna Egan, and David Egan along with many great and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; parents, John and Anna Egan; brothers, Duaine, Robert, and William; sister, Joyce; and sister-in-law, Louise.

Funeral Mass will be held on November, 12, 2024 at 9:30am at Horan & McConaty 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Lakewood, Colorado 80227. Interment 11am at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, Colorado. Reception to follow. 

Her humor and kindness will be greatly missed.
