Marilyn Jean Petrocco

Marilyn Jean Petrocco, 81, passed away on August 7, 2024 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Marilyn was born on Jan. 23, 1943 in Denver to parents Paul and Mildred Holroyd. She graduated from North Denver High School in 1960. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Mildred, and her sister, JoAnn Cannon. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Jerry George Petrocco; children, Lisa Anne (Brian) Campana, Gerri Lynn (Craig) Pluemer, and Anthony G. (Kristy) Petrocco; as well as 10 grand children, 7 great grandchildren, and other extended family.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 10am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (3549 Navajo St., Denver, CO 80211). A reception will be held after the service at 3 Sons Italian Restaurant (14805 W. 64th Ave., Arvada, CO 80007).

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Marilyn Jean Petrocco may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – Colorado or to Turner Syndrome – Colorado.
