Marilyn Wilson

Marilyn B. Wilson, age 87, peacefully passed at Western Hills Health Care Center on Saturday, June 18, 2016. Born March 7, 1929, in Wichita, Kansas, she lived in Lakewood, Colorado for 53 years and worked as a congressional representative until retiring in 1988. Survivors include children Mark Wilson of Salida, CO and Dena Cheatham of Lakewood, CO; and Granddaughter Melissa Cheatham of Lakewood, CO. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Bill Wilson, and her mother, Esther Collier. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday July 13th, 2016 at Flatirons Community Church West Campus, 526 Commons Drive Genesee, Colorado 80401, with a reception following the service. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery at a later date.
