Marion ""Bob"" Robert Elliott

82, passed away May 2, 2006. He is survived by his son, Marion (Velda) Elliott, Jr.; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sisters Elaine Gerk, Dorothy Butterfield, and brothers William, Donald (Helen), Phillip and Frank (Kathleen); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Marie. Bob was very proud of serving his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He was in active duty on the US Missouri and was present at the signing of the peace treaty that ended the war. Visitation Saturday, 9 AM - 4 PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd. (at Spear). Mass of Christian Burial Sunday, 4 PM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 3549 Navajo Street, Denver, CO 80211. Committal Monday, 10 AM, Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area "A".
