Marion Alva 'Al' Wells

Marion Alva ""Al"" Wells, 89 years of age, of Denver, Colorado. Al made his transition on January 16, 2012. Al was born on December 20, 1922 in Mahaska, Kansas to Frank L. and Nellie (Fuller) Wells. He retired from Honeywell Corporation where he worked as an electronics engineer. Al was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and an avid lover of nature. He is preceded in death by his wife Jean (McNamara), daughter Karen L. (Wells) Wilson, and his two infant daughters Carolyn Ruth and Mary Janet. He is survived by his children Kathleen (Daniel) McMann, Thomas Wells, Jeffrey (Ginger) Wells, Elizabeth (Colby) Katchmar, Barbara (Mark) DeSarro; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service for Al will be held at 12Noon on Friday, January 20, 2012 at Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 11150 East Dartmouth Avenue, Aurora, Colorado.
