On the afternoon of Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado Mark left this world suddenly after complications from a bicycle accident. He was born November 26, 1959 to David and Shirley Constancio. Mark graduated from Buena Vista High School with the class of 1978. He went on to study Accounting & Finance at the University of Colorado Boulder graduating in 1982. On May 19, 1984 he was married to Gail Ann (White) Constancio in Denver, Colorado. In 1986, Mark completed a certificate of Education and in 2004 he obtained a Masters in Theology from Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology. Mark spent over 20 years educating students at Wheat Ridge High School, Our Lady of Fatima, St. Gabriel's, and finally at St. Mary Central Catholic High School. Mark had an incredible passion for life including a deep Catholic faith, devoted marathoner runner and cyclist, avid reader, a world traveler and treasured soccer coach and an extreme soccer fan (rooting for Arsenal first), an Italian speaker, a longtime baseball enthusiast (cheering for the Cubs and Rockies), a wine connoisseur, a true Colorado mountain friend, a history and political buff, a loyal CU Buffalo fan and alumni, and an absolute lover of music filling every space of life. Above all of these passions, Mark was an unforgettable husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, mentor, teacher, coach and friend. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Gail Constancio-Arvada, Colorado; four children and their families, Kristin and Guido Gioberto-San Francisco, California, Amanda and Joe Fedje-Denver, Colorado, Tony Constancio and Alexa Daiutolo-Denver, Colorado and Natalie Constancio-Arvada, Colorado; two grandchildren Sofia Gioberto and Jackson Fedje; father-David Constancio, his brothers and sisters Patricia and Herb Faus-La Junta, Colorado, David and Linda Constancio-Phoenix, Arizona, Doug and Marybeth White-Morrison, Colorado, Pam and Robert Vik- Bel Air, Virginia, and Tim and Faith White-Arvada, Colorado; his mother and father-in-law Charles and Mary White-Naponee, Nebraska; godson Dakota Candfield-La Junta, Colorado; and his loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley (Creech) Constancio; and his paternal and maternal grandparents. Mark spent much professional and personal time making the world better through education and leading faith retreats, class trips, mission trips, work groups, and summer camps. His passion was to show the youth the world and the impact they can have on it. Additionally, he hoped to develop faith and build servant leaders.
