Mark Alan Getty

Mark Alan Getty, 56, of Lakewood, Colorado passed away on February 25, 2020 at Swedish Medical Center.

Mark was born on January 8, 1964 in Casper, Wyoming. He was preceded in death by his father, Dale E. Getty in 2016.

He was survived by his mother Rose M. Getty, his sister Diane Welsh and her husband Chuck Welsh, his niece Veronica O’Brien and her husband, Aaron and his great-niece, Kyeira and grand-nephew, Ayden and other beloved friends and family. Mark played basketball at the University of Wymoing, enjoyed snow and water skiing, fly fishing and hunting. His love of life and passion for the outdoors will be misssed by all who knew him. Mark spent his career at KTK General Contracting as a Supervisor and general contractor, through his employment with KTK he developed many life long friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Mark’s honor, however is has been postponed until further notice.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you donate in Mark’s name to the American Heart Association or a personal charity of your choice.
