Mark Keegan

Mark Wesley Keegan, age 50, died at Aurora, Colorado on Wednesday April 29, 2020.

Born November 24, 1969 in Indianapolis, Indiana, he recently lived in Aurora, Colorado, and worked at both Allison Care Center for thirteen years as a licensed practical nurse and for six years he was a driver for Uber in the greater Denver Metro area. Truly he enjoyed driving so much that late last year he went on to be a full-time driver with Uber. Mark was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was also an advent video gamer. Mark was an easy- going person who placed his role as a husband and father as a priority in his life.

He is survived by beloved wife Julie Vinihakis-Keegan. Survivors also include Liz Moreno from his previous marriage, and their two sons Wesley Keegan (Alexandra, wife) and Alexander Moreno-Keegan (Emily, girlfriend), and his sister Dawn Jewett.

Services will be held at 1 P.M., Friday, May 22, 2020 at the SE Denver/Aurora location of Horan & McConaty Funeral Home. Internment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. The funeral service will be limited to close family only and the internment will not be open to the public due to the Corona Virus pandemic. Although the funeral service is not open to public for attendance, those wishing to participate, can view the service virtually, through a Zoom room broadcast.
