Marlene Law Weiss

Marlene Weiss, 77, of Denver, Colorado passed away June 12, 2011. Marlene is survived by her daughters Mimi and Melinda Weiss. Her sisters Barb Childs and Nancy Blakeslee, and nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie (Benight) Law & Allen Thomas Law. Marlene graduated from East Denver High School and University of Denver and continued at Adams State and earned her Master's degree. She taught special education for the Denver County Public School system for 15 years. Marlene was married to Alfred ""Bud"" Weiss for 34 years. An informal graveside service will be held Friday, June 17, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Fairmount Cemetery, 430 South Quebec Street, Denver, Colorado 80247.
