Marvin Dale Moore

Marvin Dale Moore died at Covenant Living in Westminster on Monday, March 23, 2020 at the age of 86.

Marvin was born in Kansas on November 23, 1933. His family moved to Berthoud, Colorado where he attended Berthoud High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955-1957 where he spent time in Fairbanks, Alaska.

He met his wife Shirley Mae (Sterkel) in Berthoud and they were married for nearly 52 years.

He was retired from Coors transportation.

Marvin was devoted to his family and his wife, they loved traveling and were able to travel to many places around the world.

He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley; his parents, Francis Cleo Moore and Susie Mildred (Hartley); three brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his four children and their spouses, Gary (Tina) Moore, Cheryl (Rick) Bryan, Michael (Maureen) Moore, and Laura (Jim) Orr; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Marvin will be placed to rest next to his wife at Foothills Garden of Memory in Longmont, Colorado in a private graveside service.
