Mary Sharon Catalucci, 46, of Broomfield, Colorado, passed away on Monday, November 4, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO, following a short illness.
Born June 6, 1973, in Utica, New York, the daughter of John and Enid Callander, she moved to Burke, Virginia, at 5 years of age. She graduated from Robinson Secondary Schools in Fairfax, VA, in 1991. Mary attended Louisburg College in Louisburg, North Carolina, and graduated from Washington Business School in Vienna, VA.
Most of Ms. Catalucciâs career was spent working in finance at for-profit and nonprofit companies in Virginia and Colorado. She moved to Colorado in 2016 and was currently working at SCL Health.
Mary was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, enjoyed scrapbooking and card making, and loved her cats.
She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Catalucci, of Manassas, Virginia; her parents, Enid and John Callander, of Broomfield; a brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Juliet Callander of Erie, CO; a niece, Ellison Callander, of Erie; 5 uncles, William Martle, of Carthage, NY, Allan Callander of Hopkins, MN, Larry Callander of Alpharetta, GA, Peter Callander of Koloa, Kauai, Leonard Callander of Troy, NY, 4 aunts, and 9 cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimerâs Association at http://act.alz.org/goto/marysharon Maryâs father has Alzheimerâs, and Mary and her daughter participated in many events that raised funds for Alzheimerâs Research.
