Mary K. Deicken, 91, passed away March 23, 2006, in Thornton, Colorado. Born December 11, 1914, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Ruth McCormack and John W. Price. Mary is survived by sons, Ronald P. Cantrell and his wife, Janet; Phil Cantrell and his wife Debra; six grandchildren, Chris, Nikki, Barbara, Linda, Colleen and Mike; nine great-great-grandchildren, Jessica, Cecily, Megan, Bristol, Heather, Justin, Austin, Josh and Mark; and six great-great-grandchildren, Wesley, Ashleigh, Haleigh, Destiny, Angelo and Azelia. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Fred C. Deicken; and her brother, James W. Price. Mary was a member of the Eastern Star. She had worked in sales for Singer sewing machines for years. She enjoyed dancing, traveling, gardening, and she loved flowers and the mountains. Her greatest love was for her family, and they will miss her dearly. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, on Monday, March 27th, 2006, at the Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 9998 Grant Street, in Thornton. A reception for family and friends will be held following the service. Burial will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 So. Sheridan Blvd, Denver, at 3:00pm, Staging Area "A".
