Mary Kathryn O'Fallon ""Mimi"" Eby

EBY, MARY KATHRYN O'FALLON ""MIMI"" 1922-2009. Mimi developed a wide circle of friends and family throughout her life and her memory will live on in the many hearts she touched along the way. Her children are so happy to have her reunited with her beloved husband John. She will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to have their lives touched by her incredible spirit, but no one more than her brothers, Martin J. (Marty) O'Fallon and Charles D. (Charlie); her sister-in-law and housemate, Betty Eby and her children, Kay Schultz, Peggy (Jerry) Kirkegaard, Mary Pat (Jeff )Aardrup, Carol (Steve) Olson, John ( Kara) Eby, Dr. Gene (Patti) Eby and Jim(Jean)Eby. Nana was captivated by each and everyone of her 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and they with her. Her gift with children will forever remain her hallmark. To Mimi, it was ""the more the merrier"", no one was a stranger, everyone was family. Her kindness and wit will surely be missed.
