Mary Finamore

Mary Anne Carres Finamore was born on November 7,1937. She passed away October 25,2022. Her parents are Nicholas Carres and Harriet Kostecki Carres. Mary was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Siena High School.

Mary worked for American Airlines for over 40 years from Ohio to New York City, Dallas and Denver. After retiring from American Airlines, she worked for the U.S. Census Bureau in Denver.

Mary’s passions were reading, photography and travel. She made five photographic trips to Africa. Her travels included Egypt, Turkey, India, Papua New Guinea and most of Europe.

Mary loved spending time with her family and friends.

She will be greatly missed by all of us.

Mary’s husband, Ronald Finamore, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Madelyn Adele Carroll.

Visitation will be held Thursday, November 3, 2022, 4pm-6pm, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3101 S. Wadsworth Blvd. Funeral Mass will be held Friday, November 4, 2022, 10:30am, St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 6673 W. Chatfield Avenue, Littleton. Interment will follow Monday, November 7, 2022, 11am, Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area A.
