Mary Elizabeth Gentzler

Mary Gentzler, age 54, passed away April 21, 2014. She was born in Denver on July 26, 1959, to Shirley and Charles Craun. Mary is survived by her children Dustin Craun and Shannon McPherson, her parents Shirley and Charles, her sister Ivy Calabrese and brother Charles Craun. Mary loved God, her family, her grandchildren, sunsets over the mountains and the ocean, and made everyone she knew laugh and smile. She was a beautiful soul and believed in what Desmond Tutu called ""God's Dream"" of a more unified, equitable, fair and caring world. She lived this dream by caring for and nurturing young children as a day care teacher. She had a gift for taking care of young children and she was called the Baby Whisperer by her colleagues and parents alike. May her beautiful soul be embraced by God and loved for generations to come. Her friends and all who loved her are invited to attend her service this Friday, April 25th at Broomfield United Methodist Church, 545 10th Avenue, Broomfield, Colorado, from 4-6pm.
