Mary D. Harris

May 18, 1943 — December 27, 2011

Mary Harris, Age 68, of Centennial, passed away December 27, 2011.

Married to David Harris for 46 years. Retired (2008) as the Marketing Research Director, Kaiser Permanente Health Foundation, Mid-Atlantic Region, Maryland.

Lived in Wethersfield, England, Abilene, Texas, Orlando, Florida, Denver, Colorado (twice), Fairfax Station, Virginia.

Two children: Jeremy (born 1969) and Kathleen “Katie” (born 1972).

Education: BS — Business Administration (Marketing), George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia (1989), and MBA — Marymount University, Arlington, Virginia (1991).

David and I married in 1965 and moved to England where David served with the US Air Force.

Exceptionally proud moments: Seeing Jeremy and Katie graduate from college and Katie receive her MBA.

Exciting adventure: Round trip sailing David and I took in 2007 on the Queen Mary II from New York to England. We explored the countryside of England and Wales sandwiched in between the two sailings.

Living and growing through life’s challenges and rewards with David made everything we have experienced more exciting, meaningful, and fun!
