Mary Ann (Noble) Healy passed away at the age of 90 on November 30, 2010. Mary Ann was the mother of three, grandmother of six and great-grandmother of three. She was married to Thomas James Healy for 52 years. She made her home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 57 years, in Santa Rosa, California for 30 years and in Centennial, Colorado for 4 years. A child of the Great Depression, Mary Ann graduated from Holy Angels High School in Milwaukee and began supporting her mother and sister at the age of 17. She was a singer with her own radio show at 20 and then was a wife and homemaker. She became a professional woman in the fashion industry and sewed fashions for herself and her family as well as creative gifts for her grandchildren. She was a baker famous for her delicious desserts, a bridge player, Democrat, hostess and story-teller full of wit and wisdom. Mary Ann's surviving family includes sons Thomas Healy (his wife, Marguerite) of Centennial, Colorado and James Healy (his wife, Jeanine) of Cotati, California; grandchildren Andrew Healy, Dennis Healy (his wife, Jess), Michael Healy, Laura Healy (her husband Matthew Carlson), Katherine Pires (her husband, Andrew) and Claire Healy; great-grandchildren Russell Carlson, Thomas Michael Healy and Ingrid Carlson. A Private Funeral Mass will be held for the family. Burial will be next to her husband and daughter at the Holy Cross Cemetery, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
