Mary Juanita Meger

Mary Juanita Meger, 86, from Littleton, CO passed away on September 15, 2019 in Longmont, CO.

Mary was born on July 13, 1933 in Chelsea, Iowa to Leo and Albia Upah. She was the third of six siblings and is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Nicholas and Bernard.

Mary attended Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She had a long and rewarding career in a field she loved. She was a head nurse, a home health provider, an owner of a board and care home and a compassionate hospice provider. Mary provided care and comfort to others throughout her career.

Mary is survived by her four daughters, Susan Bender, Sharon Nemechek, Ann Hulquist and Michele Leschova. She also had five grandchildren who loved her dearly.
